Years later Robert attended Scottsdale Culinary Institute, graduating in 1999 and continued his education as an Intern for Chef James Boyce at the highly acclaimed and 5 Star 5 diamond Mary Elaine’s Restaurant in the Phoenician Hotel in Scottsdale Arizona.
